Full Worm Moon (March 10, 2009)

March Full Moon (Full Worm Moon)
At this time of the spring Moon, the ground begins to soften and earth worm casts reappear, inviting the return of the robins. This is also known as the Sap Moon, as it marks the time when maple sap begins to flow and the annual tapping of maple trees begins.
